Summary:
Belvia Construction transformed the ground floor of a home by extending the rear of the property to create a larger, more functional layout. The extension squared off the existing house and kitchen areas, allowing for an expanded patio that blended seamlessly into the garden space. By removing sections of the internal walls, we maximised natural light, creating a bright, open area perfect for entertaining and dining.
