The Belvia Construction Company have recently finished our single storey extension. I cannot recommend James and his whole
team enough. Every single one of them worked so hard, were very helpful, polite and considerate and gave us immense confidence in their workmanship. James kept to his schedule and was extremely organised and hands on. He offered advice when we were hesitant, but equally was always willing to make a few minor changes along the way.
The team made what we had been fearing would be a huge upheaval, so much easier and more pleasant than we ever expected!
James said he wanted us to come down each morning and really love our extra space – it totally exceeded all our expectations!

We set out to remodel and renovate the downstairs of our home & the exterior facade and were so impressed throughout the 4month build process. Welcoming a team into your home with 2 young children and whilst living upstairs can feel a little daunting but the team were just brilliant, super approachable, lovely with the kids and so easy to have with us, not to mention spotlessly tidy!

James’ communication was fantastic throughout the planning phase and whilst the build was underway, both on-site and over email & whatsapp. Nothing ever felt too much trouble (even when we hit the natural challenges of a remodel of an old property), he was always great at helping us steer toward decisions when needed, giving us advance warning of key deadlines and timelines for materials or fittings to arrive, and is a true professional!
We are already planning our next project with the Belvia team and really can’t thank them enough for all their hard work landing our project and creating a space we love – and all importantly, on time and to budget! Thank you!

James and his team at Belvia were responsible for overseeing a refurbishment of our main family bathroom.
This is the second time we’ve had Belvia in our home, previously it was for a rear extension of our property some 5 years ago.

Whilst this project is nowhere near the size of our first with James, the attention to detail and communication level was second to none. Belvia combined multiple trades to ensure a smooth transition as the project progressed and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product.

So impressed with Belvia construction,we moved to a property that needed new kitchen, bathroom and en suite.
James gave great advice with the planning of the works.
All work was done to a very high standard from stripping the rooms back,moving door frames and walls to the fitting of new kitchen,bathroom suite and en suite also new unvented hot water cylinder/system and flooring throughout.
A big shout out to the lads Ryan,Ellis,Barry,John Jo and Ryan (sorry if forgotten anyone) very reliable and friendly team and hard working and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend Belvia construction if you want an excellent job done. We will definitely be using this company again for future plans for our property.

Belvia installed the trade counter at our new Branch in Colchester.
Worked with us to design an install that suited the new showroom and was cost effective for the project.
During the install James worked with other contractors on site seamlessly and in a clean and tidy manor.

From the start Jim gave us total confidence that Belvia were an incredibly professional and capable building company. They always arrived when they promised, they left everything tidy, the lads (Ryan, Ellis & Luke) were very polite and knew exactly what they were doing. Every aspect of the build was undertaken with the highest level of quality. Things we mentioned early on in the process were remembered and implemented exactly as we required. Our friend (also a builder) visited and was really impressed with the finish, which is no mean feat.

Had a patio, new composite fencing, garage conversion and internal work including a walk-in wardrobe. The Belvia team were professional and courteous the whole time, turned up when they said they would and took a real pride in their work, which looked superb at the end. James and the Belvia team have recently completed a kitchen design which included removing a dividing wall to create a kitchen diner for us.

From the point the quote was offered to completion of the job, James was very engaging and provided great assistance to guide us. Any adjustments requested during the building were accommodated which has left us extremely pleased with the end result.

This company has just completed (November 2021) a large terrace, and we can highly recommend Jim and the team (Ellis, Leo and Ryan) for doing a superb job.
Jim’s first (of many) projects for us was a garden office in 2011 which was also completed to a high standard. The team are polite, punctual and professional craftsmen with attention to detail, and the job was completed on time and on budget.

James and his team have just finished our driveway build and wow, are we impressed! Not only is the end product and finish really excellent but his team are so friendly & professional to work with. James and teams quality of work is outstanding with amazing attention to detail. They turned a dated kitchen into a work of art, everything was professional from start to finish from the kitchen and floor rip out to the finishing touches of floor/wall tiling and full unit installation.

The team also worked on laying a new porcelain slab patio, which has made the garden look so much bigger.

Belvia what a company, James and his team are second to none so professional friendly and take pride in their work and also your home.

Not only have they completely transformed our kitchen and patio area, they have kept our home tidy during all the labour which to me is amazing as it shows they care.

I never had to question their work ethic they are grafters very very good at what they do, always on time always polite and there was not anything that was to much trouble also fantastic attention to detail the finish is incredible.

I would recommend them all day long, we have some more works coming up and I can’t wait for Belvia to revisit thank you guys so much.
