Belvia Construction was approached to install a trade counter for Longwater Construction Supplies’ new builders’ merchants in Essex. Leveraging existing connections with Howdens, Belvia developed a cost-effective solution that nearly halved the original quote for materials and labour. In addition to the trade counter installation, the Mulberry Construction Group requested Belvia’s expertise to address a range of snagging issues on the project site, ensuring smooth project sign-off
