Open-Plan Kitchen Transformation with Structural Modifications

Summary:

Belvia Construction was engaged to create a spacious open-plan kitchen by removing a dividing wall, following a recommendation from previous clients. The project involved careful planning, including advice on removing the wall without the need for a structural engineer. To maximise the space, we also suggested relocating the hallway door to a central position, allowing for a more efficient kitchen layout.
