So impressed with Belvia construction,we moved to a property that needed new kitchen, bathroom and en suite. James gave great advice with the planning of the works. All work was done to a very high standard from stripping the rooms back,moving door frames and walls to the fitting of new kitchen,bathroom suite and en suite also new unvented hot water cylinder/system and flooring throughout. A big shout out to the lads Ryan,Ellis,Barry,John Jo and Ryan (sorry if forgotten anyone) very reliable and friendly team and hard working and did an amazing job. In many cases, you won’t need planning permission for a kitchen extension if it falls under permitted development.
