Kitchen Diner Conversion with Improved Design

Summary:

Belvia Construction was recommended by a friend of the client to transform their newly purchased property’s kitchen into an open-plan kitchen diner. To achieve this, we removed a load-bearing wall, creating a more spacious and inviting layout. Although the client initially had a design from another company, we identified several errors and successfully transitioned the project to our contacts at Howdens, who provided a more accurate and cost-effective design.
