Summary:
Belvia Construction reimagined the ground floor of a 1930s semi-detached property, transforming its layout to create a spacious open-plan area. Originally, the client planned a side extension, but due to rising material costs, the scope was scaled back to focus on the internal reconfiguration. We removed all load-bearing walls and extended the garden opening to bring more natural light into the previously dark kitchen area. The client was delighted with the increased sense of space and improved flow, even without the extension.
